Lunch Box Blitz aims to improve the content of school lunch boxes by
providing primary schools with engaging resources to help embed healthy
eating into the school culture and curriculum.

These resources have been developed
in partnership with teachers, students,
parents, health promotion officers and
dietitians to promote five key healthy
eating messages:

  1. Increase fruit
  2. Increase vegetables
  3. Healthy canteen choices
  4. Swap sweetened drinks for water
  5. Reduce packaged snacks
